These include infill projects, large urban and suburban mixed-use master-planned communities, mixed-use high-rise towers, garden-style apartments, single family rental communities, student housing, senior housing, and affordable housing properties utilizing tax-exempt bonds and low income housing tax credits.
RED Group is typically engaged on an exclusive basis as a consulting independent contractor. Fees for services rendered are paid as a retainer against a contingent success fee when earned.
